Angel is a very sweet Blue Front Amazon. He loves to ring his bell for attention and will come out of his cage on his own to hang out with his person. He does not like have anyone try to take him out but is not exactly cage aggressive, as you can easily reach in to change water, add new toys, or put treats into his dish. Angel loves to have his head scratched and sit on your shoulder (we are working on breaking him of the shoulder thing). Somewhere along the way Angel has become terrified of sticks and will not step up on one (we are working on this too). He has a wing that has been broken in the past, but he is an able flier. We do not recommend trimming the wing as it could damage it all the more, and he only flies when he is frightened. He usually walks or climbs to his destination. Angel will make a great companion for an Amazon-experienced person.
